Goblin's Humiliator
Fear of public humiliation can be a great motivator, so I've created "Goblin's Humiliator" as a motivation tool for writers.
The Humiliator is a bit of Javascript that displays a "badge" on your personal website or blog. Depending on how many days in a row you've avoided writing, the badge will feature an increasingly embarrassing image. For example, here's the badge for five days missed:
